We use locally roasted beans from Anderson’s Coffee & Teas. Our house blend combines premium East African beans (generally Jaime Anderson uses an Ethiopean Harrar and/or Sidamo depending on how the beans are tasting) with a Costa Rican hard bean, barrel cooked to a medium brown, full-city roast. We use this blend for both drip and espresso, as it also makes a top notch pressure brew with great crema.
